About the role:

About the Role:
Bio Gro is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team at our Wandilo, South Australia site.

The Finance Business Partner is responsible for working closely with the Finance and Operational teams to ensure the delivery of both financial and commercial analysis and insights.

This position includes supporting better performance analytics for the business including analysing sales figures, determining methods to improve sales, suggesting improvements to other members of the Leadership Team and analysing competitor and market performance to support other investment opportunities.

About you:

• Finance qualification with proven experience business partnering
• Advanced Excel ability
• An equivalent combination of education and working experience in a similar role desirable.
• Strong team building and finance mentoring skills.
• Experience in providing both financial and operational data and analysis
• Understanding of manufacturing, cost modeling, key driver development and resource optimisation
• Ability to prepare and facilitate monthly reporting, assisting operational management in variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Experience in providing financial modelling and analysis supporting projects, tenders, acquisitions, and business development initiatives.
• A solid working knowledge of current accounting standards, principles and methodologies.
• Critical problem solving skills for both short and long term decision making.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
