About the role:

About the Role:
Bio Gro is looking for motivated, experienced Front End Loader Operators to join the team at our site in Newbridge, Victoria, to operate within our Manufacturing team. These are full time positions, with day, afternoon & night shifts available.

Bio Gro operate a fleet of Volvo & Caterpillar Mobile Equipment and as a part of the role you will be required to complete pre-start checks, keep your equipment neat and tidy along with reporting on any faults to our onsite Maintenance team.

Successful applicants will be responsible for operating Bio Gro equipment in a Safe & Responsible way, while executing manufacturing functions that include; Feeding screening plant hoppers, grinders etc, tailing away from equipment, building rows/stockpiles, loading trucks with outgoing finished goods, directing Truck drivers to locations onsite in a polite and respectful manner, to avoid congestion.

Other key criteria that our business is looking for are quality people to participate in continuous improvement, great communication skills, team-oriented behaviour and can follow processes and procedures to execute Production Plans.

About you:

• Commitment to Bio Gro’s safety, environmental and quality assurance policies and company values
• Current Loader Licence (LL) essential
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximising effective manufacture is an advantage
but not essential.
• Ability to work unsupervised or in a team environment.
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow process and procedures.
• Attention to detail.
• Organisational skills.
