About the role:

This position reports into the HR Manager and is responsible and accountable for providing accurate, timely and efficient payroll services and the administration of day-to-day Human Resources functions for Bio Gro.

Your tasks will include but not limited to:

• Fortnightly end-to-end processing of payroll for all employees
• Employee enquiries delivering a high level of customer service
• Administer new employees, manage leave requests, position changes, terminations and maintain employee records
• Carry out month end and year end processes, providing all required payroll reporting
• Responsible for delivering effective and compliant HR administration services to both internal and external stakeholders in accordance with
relevant legislations
• Provide administrative support within HR Team

About you:

• Experience in processing end-to-end payroll and payroll controls
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of computerised payroll system and procedures
• Sound knowledge of payroll legislations and the ability to interpret complex awards
• Strong affinity for systems and processes, with a track record of optimising workflows and driving efficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment
• Highly reliable and dependable, with a track record of prioritising and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
