Bio Gro is currently looking for a Site Labourer to join the team at our Wandilo, South Australia site.
The successful applicant will provide support to the Site Manager, Production Supervisor and staff in maintaining the site and production performance.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Manual decontamination of green waste delivered so site.
• Maintenance of green waste unloading area.
• Ensure site is maintained to a high level of cleanliness, ensuring vital contamination and paper, plastic and weeds are actively removed.
• Report any necessary maintenance or safety issues directly to the Site Manager – Wandilo.

• Ability to work in a team environment to collaboratively achieve results.
• Ability to attend to details and produce accurate work.
• Ability to organise, multitask, priorotise and work under pressure.
• Ability to be professional, resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
• Demonstrate initiative.
• Able to handle workplace pressure in a way that maintains stable performance and workplace morale.
