This role provides an exciting opportunity for a reliable, motivated and committed person to join the team at our Newbridge Office in Victoria. Being part of a growing site, you will have the opportunity to set the standards for the Quality processes and make your mark within the company. The role will initially be focused on Quality Control processes with the goal to develop into a Quality Assurance role over time.
In this role you will be providing all aspects of lab support and quality functions for Potting Mix batches and organic products during manufacture and prior to Despatch, including sample testing, raw material inspection, temperature monitoring, internal auditing, result analysis and data store, filing and lab cleanliness. This role will also be required to provide support for the Quality Assurance Officers in SA and VIC with the implementation of their duties including but not limited to accreditations, trial work and process improvement initiatives.

• Interest in the Horticulture, Agriculture, Science and/or Quality Control
• Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable but not required
• Demonstrate critical thinking
• Displayed ability to work as a member of a team, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, customer focus and a willingness to learn
• High attention to detail and process driven
• Previous work experience in horticulture, agriculture or a laboratory desirable
• Strong communication skills
• High level computer skills
• Good personal presentation and professional outlook
