This is a fantastic opportunity to join our committed and growing team as a People and Culture Administration Officer, based at our headquarters in South Australia.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across all aspects of People & Culture, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, training records, and compliance. You’ll also assist with maintaining HR systems, supporting safety-related processes, and ensuring records and data are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company policies and legislative requirements.
This position plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of People and Culture and contributes to building a positive and compliant workplace culture.
As PCAO, you will be responsible for:
• Responsible for delivering high-level, end-to-end administrative support across the People and Culture division.
• To oversee the administration of the Company’s Compliance registers, including compliance, document control, and incidents
• Ensure the ongoing upkeep of Policies and Procedures.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for all training and development requirements.
• Using your experience, skills and business knowledge to make an impact in key areas and drive key P+C projects
• Collaboration with the P&C Team to ensure that confidentiality with respect to all processes and information is always maintained

Desired Qualities and Qualifications:
• Generalist Administration and data entry experience, with knowledge and understanding of systems, Microsoft Office Suite and registers
• Knowledge of contemporary HR practices and WHS processes/legislation is desired
