Bio Gro is looking for a highly motivated and efficient individual for the role of Packaging Machine Operator, to join the team at our Newbridge, Victoria site.
The successful applicant is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of Bio Gro’s PremierTech packaging plant including set up, product change overs, trouble shooting and quality manufacturing of finished goods.
Our preferred candidate will have advanced technical capabilities, including routine maintenance and a high level of attention to detail. Experience on similar fixed plant is essential.
About you:
• Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximising the effective manufacture.
• Forklift license is essential
• Ability to drive high standards of housekeeping and safety
• Ability to meet production targets.
• Problem solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to follow process and procedures
