The Dandenong South site is a state-of-the-art Organics Recovery Facility with fit for purpose equipment, supporting Government contracts with a focus on Safety, Quality, Community Engagement and Staff Development. About the role:
Bio Gro is currently looking for a professional, motivated & hardworking individual to join the team as our Administration Supervisor – Despatch, in a full-time position located at our Mount Gambier, South Australia, site.
The successful candidate will oversee the general administration process across the Jubilee site, including customer service, invoicing and maintaining distribution records. To deliver administrative support and data to the Site Manager, Sales, Operational and Corporate Service teams.
Responsibilities:
• Support in the development of production plans in line with forward sales expectations from the business and in conjunction with the Site Manager and leadership team.
• Support the management of the resource (stock) tracking, data, and management system within the business
• Allocate work to employees ensuring any variations to employee’s hours (i.e.. Absence/lateness/extended breaks) are managed.
• Troubleshot issues and resolve problems in conjunction with the Site Manager and Operations Manager, with the aim of continuous Site improvement
• Oversee the data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Delegate and assist with the daily, weekly and end of month tasks, all to be performed in a timely manner.
• Support the management of the resource tracking, data and management system.
• Ensure paperwork compliance with all legal and legislative requirements.
