About the Role:
Bio Gro is looking for a reliable, motivated and committed person to join the team as an Administration Officer in the Despatch department at our Mount Gambier, South Australia site.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the sales and operations teams in the efficient and timely execution of despatching and tracking of packaged product to meet the customer, commercial and contractual requirements.
To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for customer service, invoicing and maintaining distribution records.
About you:
• Proven experience in similar role is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the despatch process required for the distribution of goods.
• Proficient in data entry and management systems
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to time manage and work under pressure
